General Sales Terms



These are the general terms and conditions of sale that apply to all bookings and transactions made at our hotel/cabin/apartment/property. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these conditions:

Reservation By making a reservation on our website, the guest agrees to the following general conditions. To book a stay, you must provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal details, the dates you wish to stay, the number of guests, etc. Your reservation is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us. Check-in and Check-out Guests must adhere to the property's check-in and check-out times to allow rooms to be cleaned and prepared for the next guests.Check-in policy: The room is available from 15:00 hours, unless early check-in is available (additional charge: 20usd). Check-out policy: The room must be vacated before 11:00 hours, unless late check-out is available (additional charge: 20usd).




Rates and Payments Payment for your stay is made according to the conditions indicated at the time of booking, such as the total booking amount, any service charges, and applicable cancellation policies. The cancellation and date change policies vary depending on the type of reservation and the selected rate.




Standard Sales Terms: All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card on the date of arrival.

60% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining 40% will be charged 12 days prior to arrival.

Modification policies: Changes to reservations are subject to availability and any price differences. For any modifications regarding the number of guests or stay dates, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on availability. Please note that a minimum notice of 12 days is required for any changes.




Cancellation policies: Cancellations made at least 12 days in advance will not incur any charges. After this period, a 60% fee will apply. Cancellations made less than 12 days in advance will be charged the full amount of the reservation.




Guest Responsibilities Guests must respect the property's rules and policies during their stay. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest.Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The property is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

Accommodation LiabilityWe are committed to providing quality service and making your stay enjoyable. However, we cannot be held responsible for any incidents or accidents beyond our control. In case of any problems or complaints during your stay, we ask that you inform us immediately so we can take appropriate action to resolve the situation.

Quiet Hours From 21:00 -- 09:00 hours, guests are asked to keep quiet to avoid disturbing other guests who wish to rest.

Prohibition of Parties or Loud EventsTo ensure the tranquility of guests and respect for house rules, parties or loud events are not allowed on the premises.




Respect for the Property and Other GuestsGuests must respect both common and private property, as well as other guests staying on the premises.




Cleaning: If you require a cleaning during your stay, the cost is $20usd.

Safety Rules Guests must follow the established safety rules, such as the proper use of facilities.




Deposit PolicyDeposit requirement: A deposit may be required on the day of check-in to protect against any damage or loss that may occur during your stay.Deposit amount: The deposit amount is 100usd.Refundable deposit: The deposit will be returned after verifying that everything is safe and in order, usually within 1-2 days after check-out.

Refund Processing Refunds for cancellations, if applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.




Partial Stays No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused nights unless otherwise specified in the reservation.

Unforeseen CircumstancesIn case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), the cancellation terms may be adjusted at the hotel's discretion.




Communication Guests will be promptly informed of any changes to the cancellation terms due to force majeure events.

on-Smoking PolicyNon-Smoking Policy: Nise Condos is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including rooms and public spaces.Designated smoking areas: Outdoor designated smoking areas are available for guests who wish to smoke. Guests who violate the non-smoking policy may be subject to additional charges for cleaning and deodorization.
